Terms & Conditions

By participating in the camp, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Health and Fitness 

CYCAMPS assumes that participants are in good health and physical condition to participate in the camps. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform the tour operator of any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.

The participant acknowledges that they are participating in the camp at their own risk and that they assume full responsibility for their own health and safety while participating in the camp.

The participant agrees to allow the tour operator to provide any necessary medical treatment in the event of an emergency. The participant will be responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Booking and Payment

We ask for payment in full on booking and payment is to be completed at least 7 days before your tour (booking date permitting)

We ask for payment to be made either via electronic transfer direct into our bank account (Details to be provided on booking) or by debit/credit card via Stripe . 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by the client we refund 75% of the total amount for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to the start of the camp. .50% of the total amount for cancellations made between 30-59 days prior to the start of the camp. - No refund for cancellations made less than 29 days prior to the start of the camp.

If the tour operator cancels the tour, a full refund will be provided to the client.

Tour Itinerary

The camp itinerary is subject to change due to circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator. Any variations and substitutions to the tour itinerary does not constitute a cancellation of the camp and no refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a tour resulting from any cause beyond CYCAMPS’s control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions. Components of the tour are weather dependant and CYCAMPS cannot be held liable if camp components are not available on the day of travel. 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost or stolen luggage. Travel Insurance is NOT included in the camp fee.

Passport and Visa Requirements

It is the responsibility of the client to have a valid passport and any required visas for the duration of the tour. The tour operator is NOT responsible for any issues related to passport or visa requirements.

Limitation of Liability

The tour operator is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the client during the tour, unless caused by the tour operator's negligence.

CYCAMPS may partner with third (3rd) party suppliers to provide tours and experiences. In the event a third party supplier cancels an event, CYCAMPS is not responsible for any such cancellation and shall not be liable for any claim, loss costs or expenses that may arise due to that cancellation. CYCAMPS recommends that you read the third party’s applicable terms and conditions which may, and are likely to, differ from CYCAMPS’s Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the tour shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the tour operator's jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the tour operator's jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the tour operator, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements between the parties.
